1. BSA RolePrimary Purpose of the Role: Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical / functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks. Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with business partners / technology / project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.Role details:? Sound to Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques? Sound to Advanced knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rule? Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing and project management? Sound understanding of business supported? Performs work on all aspects of the system analyst process from end to end ? May act as a reference for Business Systems Analyst roles ? Projects are moderate to highly complex and performed under minimal management supervision ? Work may be reviewed by the Manager / Senior Analyst? Plan + Elicit + Analyze + Document + Communicate +Manage system requirements;? Assess client needs and recommend the right technologyMUST HAVE: 1.) Requirement gathering 7 years2.) Show be able to map business work flow3.) Cloud migration experience4.) Good communication 5.) Banking Doman ? Retail (Savings A/C, deposits), Commercial Banking6.) Write system use case, scenarios, test & plans 7 years7.) It BSA focus with some BA expertise 7years8.) Architecture and design knowledge 3 years.9.) Good knowledge in creating UML diagrams for capturing requirements ? 5 years10.) Prior experience documenting API requirements ? 1+ years11.) Development experience - 3+ years12.) Financial or investment banking experience ? 3 yearsNICE TO HAVE 1.) Requirement in Agile 2.) Confluence 3.) Previous TD experience ? Develop in depth knowledge of applications and their interdependences. ? Demonstrate leadership and partnership skills by interacting with other technology teams within organization to solve problems and deliver solutions. Understand, document and interpret complex user requirements. ? The Business Systems Analyst will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners, other Technology Solutions organizations and external vendors to define the technical requirements at the program level. ? Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control. ? Develop use cases, defining and documenting user procedures and workflows, and how each class of user interacts with each system function. ? Integrate technical solutions with the business
