The Position:
As a Willbanks Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing data and reporting from ERPS and finance systems. You will oversee data quality management and PowerBI. As a Business Analyst you will guide the Company’s data architectures (either SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Acumatica) and be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

The Position:
As a Willbanks Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing data and reporting from ERPS and finance systems. You will oversee data quality management and PowerBI. As a Business Analyst you will guide the Company’s data architectures (either SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Acumatica) and be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Data Management and Analysis: Collect, integrate, and analyze data from an ERP and financial system to support business operations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI. Provide the executive team and stakeholders with regular insights and analytics that inform business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Data Quality Control: Implement and oversee data quality control measures and procedures. Regularly audit data to identify and correct issues, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and reliability.
- Business Intelligence Development: Work closely with IT and business units to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities. Recommend improvements to ERP and financial systems to better meet organizational data needs.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects focused on the enhancement of data management and integration of data into everyday business decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure data and reporting needs are met. Translate technical data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications in PowerBI or related business intelligence tools.
- Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data management and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, including dashboard creation, data modeling and DAX queries.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Acumatica) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record of improving data quality and reporting processes within an organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
