Job Description
As this is a hybrid role, working out of Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates that currently reside in Northeast Ohio.
The UPC Business Analyst is a key member of the Master Data Operations team supporting the communication of data to our retail and vendor partners. The Analyst will manage and facilitate UPC projects to identify internal/external process improvement and data catalog maintenance that will reduce cost and/or optimize corporate assets. They will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of UPC communications master data. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, strong leadership skills, strong internal and external communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound Analysis, Management and Data Communications - Responsible for proactively implementing improvements to internal processes to proactively manage retailers data catalogs
Inbound Analysis, Management and Data Reconciliation - Completes cadenced inbound customer maintenance to insure accurate and timely shipments of product and receipt of POS information from our retailers
Continuous Process Improvement - Proactively research, test, evaluate, manage and implement process improvements for streamlining communication of data to our retail partners while reducing operational costs
Internal and External Communications - Prepares status reports, meetings with users and project managers to communicate progress, problems and tasks required to achieve business objectives

2+ years of demonstrated analytical and problem solving experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Requires an extensive cross-functional contact network to insure proper representation of each functional area that is impacted by a project’s overall goals.

Demonstrated ability to research, analyze and communicate findings and performance metrics to all levels of the organization
Duties require strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
