Job Summary:
The perfect candidate will be instrumental in connecting technology divides, guaranteeing smooth ERP system integration, and spearheading process automation efforts. Collaborating closely with executives and essential stakeholders, the chosen candidate will help establish and outline requirements, create and execute solutions, and oversee projects to ensure successful technology rollouts. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with both internal and external experts to comprehend and tackle the challenges stemming from the expansion of ERPs
Job Duties:
- Collaborate closely with executives and key stakeholders to gather, delineate, and document business prerequisites for technological solutions.
- Forge and execute solutions to fulfill the specified requirements, utilizing Microsoft tools (PowerBI, Azure) and ERP systems (Epicor Prophet21, Tribute).
- Take charge of and oversee projects for technological deployments, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Data Engineers to streamline the integration of ERP systems into Azure Synapse Data Warehouse for efficient data analysis using PowerBI.
- Spearhead initiatives to establish and enforce a formal application change management protocol, ensuring a methodical approach to application modifications and upgrades.
- Grasp and automate vital processes, such as sales commission calculations for sales representatives, to bolster efficiency and precision.
- Partner closely with data analysts to tackle issues pertaining to data amalgamation, offering remedies to incorporate data from recently procured ERP systems and standardize processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment with expertise in Microsoft tools and other ERP systems.
- Fundamental understanding of data engineering concepts and experience in working with data analysts and data engineers for effective data utilization.
- Knowledge of application change management methodologies, with the ability to lead the implementation of formal processes.
