Key Responsibilities:
Collect and develop technology related requirements to support development and operations; develop and author associated requirements documentation.
Conduct research and analysis on project initiatives, conducting analytics across key project and business metrics.
Support financial management of specific budgets aligned to key pursuits.
Curate content and project repositories to support technical writing and internal proposal development.
Provide program management support to project and capture managers.
Work effectively within teams to gather, analyze, and present data findings, ensuring clear communication of recommendations to stakeholders.
Required skills:
• Due to contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship required.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and engineering principles.
• Ability to manage project life cycles by contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation phases, while adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Minimum Requirements
TCS157, P1, Band 4
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with technical consulting services, information technology or a similar industry.
• Experience with technology in the Federal contracting market.
• Experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Excel and Tableau.
• Experience with financial management a plus.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
