Business Analyst - GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc.

This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems or applications, developing requirements, business process flows, fit-gap analyses, or functional designs solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
• 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
• 84 months of experience logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments.
• 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• 84 months of experience eliciting and writing high quality functional and technical requirements in project specific protocol through use cases, user stories, functional design documents, and business design documents.
• 24 months reviewing and contributing to the development or enhancement of quality user interface and user experience (UI/UX) including mobile and accessible application navigation
• 84 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree
