Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join a critical project with the Client. This role will focus on delivering a holistic digital business experience, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Commerce (preferred) or Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, a comprehensive understanding of user requirements, and hands-on experience in documentation and process optimization. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively across diverse time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to clarify and document requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, user flow diagrams, process flows, and training materials.
Process Design: Create and refine RACI charts, user flows (preferably in Visio), and other process diagrams to streamline project workflows.
Requirement Validation: Ensure outstanding and new requirements are well-documented and confirmed with stakeholders.
Testing & UAT Support: Support QA processes, test case management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including bug and defect tracking.
Customer Experience: Gather feedback on customer digital experiences and apply insights to improve business outcomes.
Post-Go-Live Support: Assist with preparation for post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions to subsequent project phases.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project leads, ensuring consistent updates and feedback loops.
Project Management Assistance: Track milestones and deliverables, maintaining alignment with project timelines.
Qualifications
Experience:5-7 years in IT Business Analysis, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerceor Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience in B2B digital transformationprojects is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:Proficient in creating user stories, user flows, and training documentation.
Skilled in tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or equivalent for creating process flows and diagrams.
Familiarity with testing tools, QA processes, and defect tracking.
Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar.
Methodologies:Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrumand Waterfall project methodologies.
Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with The Client systems or projects is highly desirable.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with ISTand Europe time zones is a strong advantage.
