About the Job
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems within the banking, fraud prevention, and payments domains
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define project scope
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
- Fraud & Payments Analysis: Analyze fraud detection patterns, payment processing systems, and related data to support the development of strategies for mitigating risks and improving service delivery
- Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, technical specifications, and user stories
- Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel capabilities to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Presentation & Communication: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis abilities and be capable of presenting complex insights in a clear and compelling manner
- This role requires proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint, with a preference for candidates skilled in both
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
