Business Analyst - ION Trading Platform (UAT Focus) at Jobility Talent Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets and extensive hands-on experience with the ION Trading platform, specifically within User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our trading systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute UAT for ION Trading platform implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate system functionality and identify defects.
• Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the ION Trading platform.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UAT best practices and standards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ION Trading platform features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
