Business Analyst - American Technology Consulting

Essential Duties/ Job Responsibilities:Candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, top-notch analyst,and have a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. The personselected will be wholly committed to the discovery and development ofcutting-edge innovative solutions. They will review, analyze, and evaluatebusiness systems and operational needs. Document requirements, define scope andobjectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Theywill coordinate with departmental heads, executives, and other stakeholders tostreamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operationaleffectiveness.Business Analyst responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailedbusiness requirements.• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and futurestates.• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needsand objectives.• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, andwriting specifications.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoingoptimization efforts.• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure theyalign with business goals.• Liaison between various business departments and group• Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates tostakeholders and executives.• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meetbusiness requirements.• Assist with project management as needed.
