Description:
• The Business Analyst III will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs and creating comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and solution implementations.
• This position will work collaboratively with diverse teams, gathering and validating requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
• The analyst will engage with stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable plans and protect the development team from distractions, ensuring focused and efficient product delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop business analysis documentation, including feasibility studies, process mapping, metrics, use cases, and solution validation artifacts.
• Guide and support team members in understanding and contextualizing business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and manage delivery backlogs across multiple teams.
• Safeguard the development team's workflow, maintaining a steady focus on product delivery and sprint cadence.
• Communicate effectively with subject matter experts to verify and refine requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Required Skills:
• Experience in developing detailed business and functional requirement documentation.
• Proficiency in process mapping, use case modeling, and solution validation techniques.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage backlogs and support delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience in using business analysis methodologies and tools.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in engaging with diverse groups to facilitate consensus and drive solutions.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $44.10-$63.00
