Job Title: Benefits Analyst
Analysis and administration of benefit programs. The individual in this role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness. Assists in the administration of one or more benefit programs (e.g., short and long-term disability, local health and wellness benefits.) Supports with the Bank leave management program, ensuring the effective processing of all leave-related requests. Identifies and recommends improvements to benefit offerings and/or work processes; implements improvements as applicable. May evaluate employee utilization of benefit program offerings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing related data. Assists employees with benefit program questions by developing communications materials / trainings and addressing ad hoc questions.
