We are seeking an outstanding operations analyst who embodies Salesforce values. Your track record of driving results, deep understanding of process improvement, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in re-imagining the way we provide Benefits to our partners. This role will be dedicated to supporting ongoing process assessments and improvements, documentation activities, project/change management activities, and support/execute team's operational rhythm. It will also be focused on designing & documenting processes to assist in bulk clean up efforts required to move all legacy processes to the new & improved processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to engage with and become a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders. You will collaborate with other cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts inside Salesforce, finding ways to drive Partner Benefits process improvements. Your ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships, cultivate an innovative culture, and inspire excellence will be key to achieving our ambitious goals in the Benefits operations space.
Responsibilities:
* Document processes to facilitate provisioning operations for partner support teams
* Identify areas of opportunity to align legacy partner operations with current enterprise/ commercial processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal/external enablement
* Develop actionable steps that will improve provisioning processes and optimize results; gather and interpret data, drive benefits case assessment, identify trends and unique use cases
* Manage all project and change management activities and reporting
* Support and action team's operational rhythm/ cadence (business reviews, reporting, roll-ups, benefits review committee)
Requirements:
* Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a specific focus on operations and/or partner program support
* Self Starter who is highly motivated, takes initiative and can manage day to day without direct supervision.
* Fast learner who can get up to speed quickly
* Willing & able to go above and beyond to find answers and provide a resolution
* Solid analytical and organizational skills
* Team Player who can put the team before self.
* Highly collaborative with cross functional stakeholders
* Excellent communications skills in order to communicate consistently and effectively across all teams with ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to be humble and accountable.
* Ability to present complex information in a concise manner
* Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for clients; maintains a level head and is able to handle stressful situations, complaints and challenging clients in a professional manner
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented
* BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
