As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and processing data related to Service Requests, focusing on Infrastructure Service Requests across telecommunications. This position involves gathering business and technical requirements, consulting with SMEs, and collaborating with clients and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will manage projects across various telecommunications services, including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video, ensuring alignment with client needs and infrastructure capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and determine optimal IT solutions.
- Coordinate requirements gathering sessions and report on both business and technical needs.
- Lead review sessions for project discussions and requirement validation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Work across multiple network platforms, including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Voice, and Video.
- Effectively distribute information to technical teams, managers, and clients.
- Navigate and understand large, enterprise network environments and their complexities.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure comprehensive project task completion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments based on agency requirements.
- Maintain documentation and track project progress to meet deadlines.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer interaction within a large enterprise environment.
- Experience working across multiple agencies, departments, or with vendors in an enterprise setting.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
- 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.
- 3-5 years of telecommunications experience, including handling multiple network platforms and lines of service.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience with Clarity.
- 2-3 years of experience with DevOps tools.
