Job overview and responsibilities
Responsible for leveraging IT resources to solve business needs and problems. They play a crucial role in the development of high-performing and large-volume integration applications. Role will focus on using the agile method to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.
- Works on one or more moderate to complex projects
- Provides direction, tools, and process support to less senior employees
- Knowledge in own discipline
- Provides basic support and solutions
- Makes decisions within guidelines & policy
- Coordinate testing activities between all end user channels (dotcom/mobile/etc.) and the integration platform
- Assist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gathering
- Create simple workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources
- Demonstrate knowledge of software design and design patterns, integration standards as well as its applicability at coding and testing cycles
- Lead meetings with Technology and Business Partners to gather needs and requirements
- Aligns process/procedures to best practice solutions
- Analyzes efficiencies and effectiveness of current solutions
- Document training programs and knowledge articles
- Basic understanding of business principles (United systems)
- Identifies problems/issues and finds solutions
- Monitors compliance and adherence to principles
- Partners with business managers
- Ensure issues are tracked and resolved, providing activity updates and documenting changes to business work flows and processes
