?? Exciting Opportunity: Facilities Team Specialist - Houston, TX ??

Are you ready to join a dynamic Facilities Team that’s expanding to meet the needs of a growing business? This is your chance to contribute to a wide range of essential operational and administrative tasks, supporting internal teams and customers alike.

What You'll Do:

?? Administrative & Project Support:

• Perform budget analysis, project cost assignments, and purchase order requisitioning.

• Manage invoices, databases, and security badging processes.

• Handle floor plan updates using AutoCAD and maintain system updates in Planon.

?? Tools & Systems Expertise:

• Use SAP to create, track, and monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.

• Provide backup for Planon management across multiple sites.

• Assist with timesheets, expense entries, meeting room bookings, and team correspondence.

?? Security & Database Management:

• Oversee employee security access, badging activities, and sensitive employee data.

• Manage notifications for employee terminations and maintain accurate employee records.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (minimum).

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and SAP.

• Certification or hands-on experience with AutoCAD is required.

?? Key Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

• A proven team player who delivers exceptional customer service.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the energy industry.

• Familiarity with Planon and Genetec systems.

• Background in security badging and small project oversight.
