We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and support key initiatives centered around Salesforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about Salesforce technologies and enjoys working cross-functionally with stakeholders to optimize and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud Voice, and chatbots.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the optimization and transformation of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and drive solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences. Your expertise in Salesforce platforms will be vital in driving successful outcomes across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce requirements for various platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud Voice, and chatbots).

Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and performance.

Support the design, implementation, and testing of new Salesforce features and integrations.

Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and subject matter experts.

Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with business objectives.

Assist in the implementation of new features, enhancements, and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work with technical teams to validate solutions, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce tools and features.

Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential areas for further optimization.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and Service Cloud Voice).

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, best practices, and integration capabilities.

Experience gathering business requirements, creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce apps is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
The base range for this contract position is $69 - $79/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
