Job Title: Trade Analyst – Foreign Exchange - FRONT OFFICE

Location: Downtown Chicago

Contract Type: Contract to Hire Opportunity ($64 - $70/hour)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Business Analyst to join our Product Development team for Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a target operating model for front office trading platforms, including Execution Management Systems (EMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS).

TRADE Analyst -

What you will do:

Sit on Trade floor and work with traders to assist in their needs - this can range from System trade changes and running SQL queries. Writing stories to create the backlog for developers and help bridge the gap between traders and developers.

Trade Analyst - what you need to know:

1. FX trading - trade execution / order management - (may consider someone in back office who is aggressive, sharp and wanting to learn front office)
2. Technical experience - SQL queries
3. Real world trade experience - working with trading environment in day to day situations

Trade Business Analyst Duties:

• Business Analysis - understand traders needs and be able to document for developers - write the stories to bridge the gap
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from front office trading teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in the capital markets sector, focusing on front office trading systems and FX trading.
• Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of EMS, OMS, and PMS platforms.
