We are currently seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst to join our team supporting FMDDT Aaas-Robotic Process Automation program for the US Navy. This position will require some on-site support at the Pentagon. What you'll do: Mature the Navy's Automation as a Service (AaaS) Portfolio by supporting the growth and execution of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for the Navy's Automation as a Service (AaaS) portfolio driving innovation and consistency in automation efforts across the Navy. Responsibilities: * Identify and prioritize use cases for new digital tool technology
* Evaluate technology by performing research, development, testing and evaluation of new digital tool technology (e.g. software upgrades, Picture in Picture, Optical Character Recognition, Generative/Predictive AI, and Machine Learning (ML)
* Coordinate use of latest technology as it aligns to DON technology suite
* Develop use case prototypes, conduct proof-of-concepts, and iterate based on user feedback of new digital tool technology, including AI/ML
* Strategic Use Case Identification by successfully identifying and prioritizing use cases for the integration of new digital tool technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational needs
* Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from a school accredited in the United States
* Active Secret Security clearance
* 2-3 years Business Analyst experience for an IT or Robotic technology program
* Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
* Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or client
Compensation Policy: Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer.
