Day to Day task include:
- Routinely download data reports
- Filter, manipulate, and prepare data for users to understand
- Present data through visuals such as charts and dashboards
- Work on both long-term and short-term projects
- Handle one-off requests for data
- Manage several large bodies of work updated on a yearly basis
- Use annually updated information for the yearly updates
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 Months experience working directly with users in a health and human services or child welfare system.
- 84 Months experience utilizing software to collect, filter, process, create and distribute data.
- 84 months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
- 84 months facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups to arrive at sound business solutions to improve current business practices
- 84 months experience in change management planning and implementing change, including experience in self-assessments and developing implementation action plans.
- 84 months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system
- 84 months experience providing computer support.
- Bachelor's Degree
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily work hours: 9:00a-5:30p
- Physical office location: 52 Washington St Rensselaer, NY12144
- Telecommuting options: 50%
