Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Location: Dayton OH (remote for now)

Required Skills:

Healthcare domain experience is must

·         10 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required.

·         Medicare/Medicaid experience and at least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required

·         Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers

·         SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc

·         Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc.

·         Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies.

·         Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills

·         Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
