Role Specific:

All candidate must have experience from 8-10 years -higher the better with healthcare experience of minimum 3-4 years currently working

Core skillsneeded:

Most basic: Basic health insurance understanding (the basics of health insurance-commercial vs. government, etc.)

Second: Understanding of health insurance benefits (benefit design, exclusions, limitations, cost share, premiums, etc.)

Additional:

o Experience working in claims, enrolment, or other business areas for a health insurer or a managed care company

o Experience with a business that is transaction heavy, banking, investments, automation

o Clinical setting experience (worked in a hospital, medical records, medical billing)
