Talascend is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity located in Coppell, TX.
Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 remote
OVERVIEW:
The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
Responsible for the RB(Refurbish) business data analyzing and reporting within the Mobile Production Center. This role will be assigned mainly to work on CRN(Certified Re-New) account and will interface with internal teams related to the account. This role is responsible for reviewing KPI, forecast, and account operation data to create report.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
- Ensures to track weekly KPI including forecast, return volume, production progress to update data base and report KPI to management.
- Ensure to create weekly inventory status report to share to internal operation teams.
- Ensure to set up incoming product system set up for production readiness.
- Review receiving and validate receiving rejects to share guidance on inventor movement.
- Operate systematic inventory check to ensure all physical inventories are aligned with systematic data.
- Ensure to weekly analyze production reject and transfer back to warehouse.
- Coordinate physical inventory movement with warehouse team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
- 2-4 years experience required.
- Advanced experience using MS Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point. (Especially excel skills for data analyzing and reporting)
- Advanced strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to analyze data and present report.
- Excellent communication skills.

- The ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company
- Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
- The ability to read, write, provide critical technical review and prepare reports, technical manuals, test procedures and technical product information.
- Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
- The demonstrated ability to solve problems involving highly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned things.
- Job duties require analysis and judgment of functional practices and daily experiences be used to determine appropriate courses of action.
