Position Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst focused on Contract Management to contribute on a high-impact human resource / payroll transformation for a large-scale implementation. This position is located at our client site in Sacramento, CA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
How you'll make an impact
• Serve as the customer-facing Contract lead for project contract and scope
• Manage change request process to gather and document all necessary information for change orders
• Engage with multiple teams to gather information for Change Requests to ensure all aspects and estimates are covered
• Manage change orders to full execution using templates, systems, tools, and established documented processes
• Ensure compliance of project process for contract related activities
• Consistently produce and manage multiple change requests within quick turnaround times to meet client and project needs
• Maintain deep understanding of the project contract to be point of contact to guide on adherence and changes
• Other duties within the Operations Team as time permits
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
What you'll bring
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in contract services and/or corporate legal practice
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for change order development, tracking, data management, and reporting
• Utilize advanced features of Excel for data analysis and tracking
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proven experience in a contract role, managing adherence to contracts and managing change to contracts
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Can work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Manage time and resources efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exhibit a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in solving problems and completing tasks
Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills:
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience in maintaining or developing resource-related processes and templates
