TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Business Analyst (Communications Planning) to provide expert analysis and consultation services for a federal client with facilities in Springfield, VA.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret and integrate facility related information into a variety of formats such as graphs and tables, databases, spreadsheets, presentations and web page (TSA iShare) inputs and identify and address inconsistent/outdated information. The Government will provide information to be posted in REMD’s SharePoint to include policies/guidance, org chats, and links to resources. Support is needed to review the SharePoint pages to ensure that information is up to date.
- Analyze, interpret, aggregate and integrate TSA’s real property data and information into a variety of formats such as graphs and tables, databases, spreadsheets, presentations and web page inputs to inform TSA field personnel.
- Develop and regularly update a communications plan for REMD which includes any strategies and processes to enhance clarity and identify the most effective means of communicating real estate related information to various audiences and via various platforms and other technologies.
- Support all DHS mandated real property reporting requirements and REMD’s participation in DHS working groups related to the TSA real property portfolio. The estimated number of DHS real property reports and working group engagements is 24 to 30 per year. Approximately 20% are DHS mandated real property reporting requirements and 80% are DHS working group engagements
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years' experience.
- May substitute a High School Degree, plus two (2) years of technical training for an Associate's degree.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
