The ideal candidate will have business analysis expertise in gatheringand analyzing information from stakeholders, business owners, customers, andmanagement for implementation of information technology solutions. They will documentbusiness requirements and create user stories. They will analyze, review, and recommendpossible solutions to identified business problems thru the implementation oftechnical solutions.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

·Collaborate with the business, developers, applicationand data architects, system testers to translate requirements into userstories/PBI’s to provide a clear, detailed, and complete understanding of therequirements.

·Lead requirement discussions to document,analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements intoproject specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows

·Help to identify dependencies and downstreamimpact factors to guide the project team to successfully deliver the solutionsfor each sprint.

·Identify areas where technical solutionswould improve business performance

·Contribute knowledge and insight during amigomeetings for product development and testing strategy while providing subjectexpertise and guidance during the software development life cycle

·Assist in validation and triage of Productionissues

·Create or update project deliverables, artifacts,and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements

·Identifyand mitigate potential risks within existing and future state processes

·Supportsystem testers and UAT processes by reviewing test plans,requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development to ensurebusiness objectives are met

·Assistsystem testers to identify test scenarios for automation

Required Qualifications

·Minimum of 7 plus years business analysisexperience in a structured software development environment

·Minimum of 3 years Agile software developmentexperience

·Excellent understanding of the softwaredevelopment life cycle

·Must have excellent written and oralcommunication skills

·Ability to understand and documenttechnical/functional IT requirements

·Ability to understand and testtechnical/functional IT requirements

·Experience with integration of applications tooutside internal or external applications

·Knowledge of using Azure DevOps tool to createFeatures and Product Backlog Items

·Knowledgeof using HP ALM Quality Center SQL (Oracle 19c)

·Knowledgeof using SQL (Oracle 19c)

·Bachelor's Degree
