Position Overview
We are looking to hire two junior-level Change Management Specialists on a contract-to-hire basis. These roles will support change initiatives across the bank, working closely with various teams. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an agile mindset who are eager to contribute to a holistic change management strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Execution: Collaborate with various teams across the bank to understand, manage, and facilitate change initiatives effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in both technology and business domains to ensure that change efforts align with the organization's objectives.
- Agile Mindset: Apply an adoption-focused, agile approach to change management, identifying how proposed changes will impact customers and driving strategies to support seamless transitions.
- Holistic Impact Assessment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of how changes affect various aspects of the bank, ensuring that customer experience remains a priority.
- Adaptability: Participate in a wide range of projects and change initiatives across different departments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of both technology and business processes.
- 2-4 years of experience in organizational change management in a banking or financial services environment (commercial banking experience is a plus but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to adopt a holistic approach to change management and consider the broader impact on customers.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- A proactive and "hungry" attitude, with the eagerness to drive change and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Project Management (PM) certification is not required, though a solid understanding of project dynamics is beneficial.
