What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into tailored Infor XA solutions.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Configure, test, and optimize Infor XA to ensure it aligns with operational goals.
• Partner with end-users to provide training, support, and guidance, helping them maximize the system’s potential.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges, and ensure the seamless operation of Infor XA across the business.
• Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation to support long-term success.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Infor XA features and recommending innovative solutions to improve business performance.

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for solving problems and driving efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Infor XA (MAPICS) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
