CSG is seeking experienced Business Analysts with Child Support Program (federal, state, or county level) experience to join our consulting staff and participate on projects nationwide. Business Analysts provide hands-on guidance to state agencies as they navigate changes resulting from complex system implementations.
The responsibilities and required skills are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Work as a member of a project team acting as a business analyst for large-scale technology projects
- Facilitate the gathering of business requirements and joint application design sessions as part of the software development life cycle
- Analyze business processes and workflows and make suggestions for improvement
- Create project documentation including meeting minutes, deliverables, project status reports, and presentations
- Track issues, risks, action items, and decisions using standard project management techniques and tools
- Communicate project issues and risks to the project management team
- Analyze project data and provide insightful reports that support recommendations for project improvements
- Facilitate communication across functional tracks of the project so that the project team stays informed
Required Skills
- Experience working in the Child Support Program at the federal, state, or county level.
- Strong communication skills including report writing, meeting facilitation, and process documentation
Travel may be required up to 25%.
