Daily tasks will include:

• Review of Department modernized systems and processes for the purposes of development of process flows, requirements and specifications.
• Develop project and system documentation.
• Develop criteria for evaluation of strategies.
• Analyze data as it pertains to conversion and reporting.
• Prepare written and oral communication on project milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with test planning and testing for development integration testing.

Business Analyst
Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

1. 60 months of business process analysis and business process re-engineering
2. 60 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
3. 60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents
4. 48 months experience with the testing and implementation phase of the Development Life Cycle
5. 60 months experience with querying DB2 databases.
6. 48 months experience with Government Taxation organization, which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of Complex Tax Accounting Systems
7. 24 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
