Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Business Analyst. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- Proficient in business analysis throughout system project lifecycle
- Competency in HIPAA claims and payment transaction processing
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within project teams
- Highly analytical with the capability to analyze, document findings, and recommend solutions
- Lead and participate in joint application design sessions with stakeholders
- Develop test strategies, scenarios, and cases based on requirement
- Execute and review test runs and sign off on testing components
- Document requirements and participate in their development and testing
- Support the development of end-user training materials and documentation
- Possible oversight role during the stabilization phase of each release
- Work with vendors to define and test business requirements
- Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders
- Acts representative in business meetings
- Provide backup to other business analysts as needed
- Data query and analysis
- Bachelors degree or higher
