Business Analyst at eStaffLLC

We are seeking a Business Analyst with great verbal and written communication skills to complement their excellent facilitation skills for a long term assignment working remotely from anywhere in the US. In this position, you will coordinate and lead meetings between the Data vendors and stakeholders and must have knowledge of project management principles and/or experience with waterfall/agile and hybrid projects. Excellence at developing process flow diagrams and project schedules is necessary as well as experience in data integrity management would be a real plus.

Services include:

(30%) Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and coordinate and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; and coordinate and analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

(30%) Coordinate the service request life cycle through customer‐related service request responses, business requirements coordination, technical specifications and related artifacts review, and monitor system integration and user acceptance testing prior to implementation. Develop detailed UAT plans and coordinate with QA teams to ensure compliance and testing.

(30%) Support the workflow process for change management, facilitate discussions among cross functional teams of internal and external stakeholders (including supporting vendors) and ensure integrated testing is executed where required.

(5%) Develop training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned systems module and ensure that a migration plan is in place for deployment to production including processes to support the maintenance Service level Agreement (SLA).

(5%) Performs other duties as assigned.
