About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst.
Generally responsible to maintain and configure client's system, including:
- Maintain work categories, subcategories and work types, including definition, description and mapping.
- Configure work type details, adding/editing questions, dropdown lists and hyperlinks.
- Configure help content, tips.
- Maintain GIS components and functions.
- Maintain and develop dashboard tables and graphs.
- Produce reports as needed.
- Modify system generated email notifications.
- Support account creation and organization and user configuration.
- Monitor and test version upgrades, patches, scripts, etc., to ensure consistent performance and compliance with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with business subject matter experts, vendor, and ITS to address internal and external customer needs.
- Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and release/deployment.
- 7 years of experience working with agencies/business areas to understand and document business requirements to configure business applications to align with those requirements using the administrator functionality of the application.
- 3 years of experience working with agencies/business areas to define reporting/dashboard requirements and then configure and implement using Izenda.
- 3 years of experience performing agency/business area Functionality testing, Regression testing, User Acceptance testing, Interface testing, Operational testing.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting system issues and working with subject matter experts, vendor, and IT to address internal and external customer needs.
- 2 years of experience using a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and release/deployment.
