About the Job
- User Base: Over 600 tables and 1000 users across workspaces; The role will involve understanding the level of experience of these users
- Use Cases: Build out typical use cases for Airtable, including identifying users, levels of automation, and how to set up reusable workflows or templates
- New Platform & Capabilities: Experience with new platforms and capabilities-particularly building components to collect information for other workflows and creating dashboards to summarize the status of these workflows
- Hands-On: Lead the definition, development, and implementation of workflows with stakeholders, not just using Airtable but driving adoption and success in its integration
- Airtable Adoption: Lead efforts to drive Airtable adoption as a tool within the organization
- Configuration Role: This is a configuration-focused role (workflows, templates, etc.), not a coding or highly technical position
- Change Management/Workflows: Lead change management and assist in developing workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis or related job function
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Airtable tooling
- Experience building configurations in Airtable (setting up workflows, templates, etc.), and implementing workflows with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, data organization, and user adoption within Airtable
- Experience leading the adoption of Airtable tool in their company
- Strong communication skills and professional business acumen - will be working with business stakeholders (understanding and documenting the business workflow), supporting process improvement and change management efforts around the use of Airtable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others within a matrix environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to develop and foster constructive business relationships and gain their trust
- Retail or ecommerce experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
