About the Job
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Addison, TX(Hybrid). You will collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and design solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Collaborating with business and technology teams to gather and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
Designing business solutions by converting stakeholder needs into clear specifications, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), wireframes, and use cases.
Managing the application lifecycle through Agile methodologies, including creating epics, user stories, and flow diagrams.
Supporting cost/benefit analysis and ensuring that technology solutions align with business strategy.
Assisting with acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and providing subject matter expertise for solution design and integration.
Creating training materials and conducting sessions to ensure successful end-user adoption of solutions.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing and enhancing processes and solutions for better efficiency.
Maintaining clear documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows for operational transparency.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies.
Experience with Pega Case Design, Flows, and Management is highly preferred.
Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
