About the Job
DayToDay Responsbilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient workflows within the Claims Department.
- Analyze existing claim processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization through digital transactions.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new digital transaction functionalities within the claims workflow.
- Gather and document business requirements related to claim processing and workflow improvements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Ensure that implemented workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing claim processing workflows.
Must Have:
- A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst at the mid-level.
- Proven expertise in Pega platform and its associated methodologies is essential.
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is essential for effective collaboration and tracking.
