 A Day in the Life

Every day brings a variety of rewarding tasks. You will: 

• Empower Clients: Assist clients with financial planning, analysis, and strategy to help them achieve their business goals. 

• Manage Accounts: Ensure accurate financial reporting and manage client accounts with precision. 

• Provide Insights: Prepare financial reports and offer valuable insights to drive client success. 

• Collaborate: Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. 

• Build Relationships: Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships. 

• Identify Opportunities: Spot opportunities for clients to improve their financial performance. 

• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist clients with financial planning, analysis, and strategy. 

• Manage client accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. 

• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to clients. 

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. 

• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships. 

• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their financial performance. 

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. 

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Business Advisor. 

• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of financial software. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with Life Science, Aerospace & Defense, or Deep Tech companies. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation 

$60,000/yr. to $85,000/yr. Multiple factors will be considered when determining the final offer amount, including candidate location, experience, and expertise.
