ABOUT THE COMPANY:

- They are seeking a proficient Business Administrator to join their team and oversee the day-to-day business activities of their local service center.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Manage specific day-to-day business, project management, and accounting activities of the region Service Center.
- Business Administrator ensures accuracy of customer order entry information and process Order Acknowledgement letters.
- Coordinate contract requirements and review client/project data records for completeness and accuracy.
- Summarize cost data for client billing and issue invoices for the service center/region.
- Maintain communication with customers and vendors to resolve collection and payables issues.
- Business Administrator analyzes financial and business data to develop recommendations for management.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely completion of project reports.
- Perform Intermediate-level Network Administrator responsibilities as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Minimum of three years' experience in service center administration, invoicing, or bookkeeping.
- Business Administrator must be proficient in Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Thorough understanding of accounting practices.
- Ability to work in a service center environment and communicate effectively with clients and employees.
- Associates Degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience required.
