As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Admin & Bookkeeper to play a pivotal role in managing diverse responsibilities ranging from insurance management to bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, HR, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com to streamline financial processes.
Implement software integration strategies for enhanced operational efficiency.
Process time sheets and payroll through the payroll program.
Manage Company Mail, and tasks following up.
Manage Alarms/Camera systems throughout facility
Work with operations to maintain Code Compliance, Risk Mitigation
Auditing and complying with ISO 9001 internally.
Manage business insurance, licensing, and human resources.
Prepare and process sales tax returns, e-filings, and electronic payments.
Prepare company financials and various accounting reports for management.
Supervise accounts payable processing.
Assist with reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Process credit cards/ACH payment, post payments, and reconcile deposits accurately.
Collections, ensuring timely payments and proper application to customer invoices.
Assist different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist customers effectively.
Issue certificates of insurance to clients.
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong understanding of business environments and a commitment to good work ethics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, operations, and executive assistant/business admin roles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
Familiarity with industry-specific billing practices.
Knowledge of manufacturing accounting
Typing skills between 40-60 words per minute.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Must pass a background check.

Pay: $45,000-$55,000
