Bus Driver - The Arc Oneida-Lewis

The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking to add Bus Drivers' to our Facilities Management Department! In this role you will be responsible for safe and courteous operation of Agency buses/vehicles used to transport people to and from various program sites.

Responsibilities:

• Safe and courteous operation of assigned vehicles including maintaining a safe speed at all times according to road conditions. One must observe speed limits at all times
• Observe all NYS driving regulations and laws as well as agency policies and procedures
• Report all accidents, no matter how small to the Director of Facilities Management
• Report all traffic infractions or citations immediately to the Director of Facilities Management whether in agency vehicle or personal vehicle
• Maintain Vehicle interior as far as disinfecting, cleaning and neatness
• Perform recordkeeping including daily attendance and other reports as required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid, Clean, NYS CDL Class B with passenger endorsements license and able to pass Class B driving test, meet all NYS DMV 19 A regulations and pass physical
• Adequate manual dexterity
