BUILDING PROPERTY MANAGER
ARC Group seeks an experienced Building Property Manager with prior experience managing luxury buildings, residencies, or high-end hotels to join a client onsite in one of their Miami properties. The Property Manager needs to hold a CAM license and have in-depth knowledge and experience in working with high net worth individuals who expect a certain level of service. Fluency in English is a must-have and proficiency in one more language is a big plus, especially Spanish.

BUILDING PROPERTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations including the administrative, financial, human resources, building maintenance and security functions.
- Maintain professional relationship with the Board, coordinates and attends meetings
- In association with the Board members, plans, directs and implements policies and procedures to ensure services being provided to maintain common areas
- Investigates complaints fully and promptly and reports complaints to the Board
- Supervises hiring and management of direct employees and selection and management of vendor staffing to assure personnel capable of meeting goals
- Ensures that team members follow all safety precautions and procedures while performing duties as outlined in the approved guidelines.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and monitors association budget for accuracy and variance trends
- Schedules and/or reviews staff assignments to assure adequate coverage while being conscious of working within the assigned budget
- Document, interviews and assists residents regarding complaints about direct employees and vendor staff conduct
- Plans, directs and overseas implementation of systems for the protection of the community assets and records of the Association
- Prepares incident reports and insurance claims for damages to association property, including estimated cost of repair, and causes repairs
- Prepares recommendations for collection action on delinquent accounts and acts as liaison with legal department and association counsel and board
- Monitors residents' compliance with Rules and Regulations and implements procedures for handling violations
- Drafts and signs correspondence and required notices in connection with residents who are in violation of the Declaration and Rules and Regulations
- Supervises and monitors contractors rendering services to the association and inspects the repair and maintenance of equipment and building components
- Tracks all architectural unit change requests by residents and inspects for compliance upon completion
- Involved in budget planning, resource management and decision making of such
- Previous experience in the hotel industry or in luxury buildings or residences: Ideally, the candidate should have experience in customer service operations management, preferably in luxury or five star hotels. Experience in positions such as Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Manager or Operations Manager is a plus.
- Knowledge of international service standards: Experience should include familiarity with the high standards of luxury residence owner service, luxury protocol and practices that ensure an exceptional experience.
- An excellent understanding of working for a luxury building, including its operating methods, its day-to-day operational control and a methodology for resolving amenity and service usage issues
- Leadership and team management: Experience in supervising and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing from front desk staff to concierges and other departments
- Bachelor degree preferred and one in Hospitality Management, Tourism, International Business or related. Additional training in business management, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
- Training in luxury customer service: Courses or certifications in luxury hospitality or guest experience management are highly valued.
- Quality Control and Service Standards: Ability to implement and maintain quality standards at all points of contact with owners and guests.
- Complaint management and conflict resolution: Ability to handle difficult situations and complaints from owners or guests in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Service orientation: An owner-centric approach, understanding that every interaction with owners is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Empathy and handling sensitive situations:
- Must possess Inspirational leadership, proactivity and decision making, and a positive attitude and resilience: He/she must remain calm and positive, even in stressful situations, to be a role model for the rest of the team.
- Must have fluency in English. It is essential that the manager be fluent in several languages, especially English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
