About the Job
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Project Manager to lead the acquisition, development, and construction of next-generation multi-family affordable housing, market-rate housing, and industrial buildings. As part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative projects while managing all aspects from planning through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform market research to assess project feasibility and opportunities.
- Lead project teams to resolve issues, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and all regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare financial models, project status reports, and KPIs for senior management.
- Manage project risks and provide insights for optimizing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and team dynamics.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of construction management software is a plus.
