Building Manager - The Judge Group

This is a 6-9 month contract. 100% onsite. W2 ONLY.

Description:

• Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating facility related operations, maintenance, and policy and procedures.
• Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
• Monitors facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Directs and coordinates building engineers and vendors.
• Schedules and coordinates building testing. Prices and coordinates repairs and maintenance.
• Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assists with budgeting and advising on projects.
• Helps understand metrics for scorecard creation and project execution.
