Building Maintenance Technician - Hall Industrial Services

A Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance of all buildings associated with Hall Industrial Services, Inc. We are looking for an individual who can work independently while possessing the ability to use self-motivation and common sense to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.

-       Ability to communicate clearly and take direction

-       Able to perform maintenance as assigned at all commercial properties

-       The ability to move and/or maneuver materials weighing as much as 100 pounds as well as other hazards associated with physical work to maintain and repair buildings and equipment

-       Knowledge of the use and care of hand tools and power equipment necessary to perform various building maintenance and repairs

-       Ability to work from a ladder or lift

-       Able to work in all weather conditions; exposure to inside and outside elements

Other duties as assigned by management 

-       At least 1 year of knowledge and experience around commercial property maintenance

o   Other skills and/or trades may be considered and accepted

-       Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and painting a plus

-       Applicants need to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

-       Must demonstrate excellent attendance patterns

-       Previous knowledge and experience with moving machinery and equipment is a plus
