Building Maintenance Tech IV (Plumber) - Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport

Description

The Building Maintenance Tech IV (Plumber) responds to daily work orders, performs general building repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance in and around the Airport facility. Must be able to perform skilled work, at a journeyman's level of experience, on valves, drains, basins, fixtures, sinks, low pressure boiler, and other plumbing fixtures.

Requires a minimum 4 years of training and/or work experience that clearly demonstrates a competency level required to perform all required duties with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license and clean driving record history is required. State license or Journeyman-level certification is required.

This is a Full-time, hourly position with the following available shift schedule(s):

• Sunday - Wednesday, 6am to 4:30pm
• Wednesday - Saturday, 6am to 4:30pm

The pay grade range is $18.21 - $27.30 per hour. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education. *This position is eligible for a $1,000 new employee sign-on bonus.
