Building Maintenance Supervisor - PeopleShare Inc

Our client in the media industry is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor!

This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Salary: $100k-$120k annually
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k benefits offered

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign tasks via the MRI Angus work order system.
• Oversee maintenance operations for all properties.
• Ensure routine maintenance tasks are completed.
• Maintain communication with tenants and address concerns.
• Assist in hiring and training maintenance staff.
• Review completed requests for timeliness.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
