Our client in Media is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic!

This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position!

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr
Includes excellent medical, dental, vision benefits, vacation time, and 401(K).

Responsibilities:

Daily repairs and maintenance in plumbing and electrical

General building repairs, including heating and cooling

Requirements:

Positive attitude and customer service skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs and use a 30' ladder

Valid driver's license required

Mandatory drug testing
