Available shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all company Safety procedures and Quality GMP's
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team.
• Assistance in overseeing outside contractors during equipment installations or building construction.
• Ability to routinely perform strenuous physical labor.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.

The ideal candidate

• Has prior facility maintenance experience
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Conduct routine inspections of building structures, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems
• Perform basic repairs (e.g., fixing doors, windows, plumbing, light fixtures, etc.).
• High school diploma or a GED certificate required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must have excellent attention to detail.

Pay depends on experience. $20.00-$30.00/hour.
