seeks a talented and creative individual for our enclosure group with
experience in managing our enclosure division.
The Enclosure
practice within LeMessurier is a full-service consulting group specializing in
the investigation, evaluation, and repair of building enclosures of all ages,
and design assist for new building designs. Our experienced consultants provide
our clients a specialized knowledge and skill set in understanding how building
enclosures should be designed and assembled, how building enclosures age once
installed and how to maintain this critical component of the building to
maintain its maximum performance value. From onsite assessments and forensic
investigations to the preparation of construction documents, LeMessurier’s
Enclosure Group provides the clients a full range of enclosure consulting
services.
Our ideal
candidate for this position would have a documented history in consulting on
masonry walls, high performance wall systems, unitized curtainwall systems,
roofs, rain screen systems, fenestrations, energy modeling, sustainability,
materials testing, building enclosure performance testing, and litigation
support. From our offices in Boston and Portland, Maine, our ideal candidate
would manage the day-to-day operations of the enclosure practice. Excellent
communication skills are necessary with the ability to work effectively and
collaboratively with clients as well as colleagues. Knowledge in all aspects of
practice management is necessary.
Qualifications:
The candidate
should be a highly motivated person focused on superior client service and
technical excellence with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum requirements include:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
education in architectural design and engineering.
• 15 to 20 years in enclosure
consulting, with experience in team management.
• Professional licensure
• Experience in practice management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.

• Oversee enclosure practice
responsibilities.
• Marketing Planning.
• Business Development planning,
• Billings.
• Collections.
• Projecting Staffing needs and
leading the hiring process in the enclosure group.
• Recruiting.
• Performance evaluation and
work/revenue forecasting.
• Review and QA/QC building conditions
surveys and assessments performed in the field.
• Resolve complex technical/design
issues and provide guidance to the client and team.
