Your New Role as a Building Controls Sales Representative
- Spearhead the sale of integrated building control systems, transforming HVAC and energy management for commercial clients.
- Build and manage strong client relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and foster customer loyalty.
- Take ownership of your sales strategies while receiving support from a leadership team invested in your success.

- 6+ years of sales experience in building automation or a related field with a successful sales record.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
- Proficiency with software, hardware, and programming relevant to building automation.
- Familiarity with industry protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
- Experience in managing projects to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national building automation codes and regulations.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
